Integrations

GrantMind connects to a handful of external tools where it makes the workflow meaningfully better. Integrations are opt-in per account and per workspace.

Current integrations

Google Drive

Link a Google Drive folder per client (or for your org, on the direct plan) and GrantMind will automatically save:

  • Final PDF exports of LOIs and proposals.
  • Branded client reports.
  • Past-application uploads (so the matcher can read them).

Setup: Settings » Integrations » Google Drive. The OAuth flow asks only for permission to the folder you pick, not your whole Drive.

Slack

Post pipeline events to a Slack channel:

  • A grant moves to Submitted.
  • A grant comes back Won or Lost.
  • A deadline reminder fires.
  • A saved search finds new matches.

Setup: Settings » Integrations » Slack. You pick which events post to which channel; you can have deadline reminders go to #dev-team and Won/Lost events go to #celebrations.

Blackbaud / Raiser's Edge NXT

For nonprofits already using Raiser's Edge for donor management, GrantMind syncs Won grants and the associated funder records into RE NXT as opportunities and constituents. Avoids double-entry between systems.

Setup: Settings » Integrations » Blackbaud. Requires an RE NXT subscription with API access enabled (most paid tiers).

SAM.gov (federal grants)

If you have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) registered on SAM.gov, GrantMind can pull your registration status, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes, and primary contact directly into your org profile. Saves re-typing during federal applications and keeps the data current as your SAM.gov record changes.

Setup: Settings » Integrations » SAM.gov. Read-only; no write access.

On the roadmap

  • Salesforce NPSP: bidirectional sync for orgs on the Nonprofit Success Pack. Targeted Q3 2026.
  • Bonterra / Apricot: pull outcomes data into evaluation sections of proposals.
  • Zapier: a generic webhook integration for everyone else. Available in beta to agency-plan customers; email support to enable.

What we won't integrate with

We deliberately don't integrate with email-marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) or social-media schedulers. Those are donor-engagement tools; grant work has a different cadence and shouldn't share infrastructure.

API access

A read/write API is available on the agency plan for custom integrations. Authentication is via API key generated under Settings » API. The API surface mirrors the in-product feature set: pipeline CRUD, search, profile read, report generation. Full reference is at grantmind.pro/api/docs (planned; email support for the current spec until that's live).

Disconnecting an integration

Each integration has a Disconnect button under Settings » Integrations. Disconnecting revokes the OAuth token and stops the sync; existing synced data stays where it is.
