If you're brand new, start here
The fastest way to get value out of GrantMind is to follow three pages in order:
- Account setup: create your account and fill out your organization profile so the matcher has something to score against.
- Searching for grants: learn the plain-language search, the filter sidebar, and how to read a ranked result list.
- Letters of Inquiry: generate your first LOI in under five minutes.
If you already know your way around
Jump straight to the page you need:
- Pipeline & deadlines for tracking active applications.
- Proposals for the nine-section drafter.

- Agency workflow if you run multiple clients.

How the docs are organized
The left sidebar groups pages by what you're trying to do (find, draft, manage), not by where things live in the product. Most pages end with a Next link so reading straight through covers the full workflow without backtracking.
